Watching videos on how to use the pso spine have helped me utilize it properly. It was intimidating at first as I have back and spine issues. However, with proper knowledge it is now part of my weekly back rehabilitation.

So I was actually lucky enough to be gifted a bag with all the pso rite products at a submission tournament that I fought called subversive by pso rite. The next day after the tournament I began using the products and they have been a game changer for me. I used to go to the physical therapist and get massages all the time and since I started using these products I havent been back once. I highly recommend find all the products because theyre all amazing the grooves really get in the right places and in a matter of seconds you start feeling the improvement and all your back and muscles and get you prepared for whatever you do especially sports. THIS IS AMAZING!!!! ????

I got this in hopes of it helping with my back being so tight all the time but it works better than anything I could have imagined!! The difference its made has been insane! Its super noticeable in my posture as well as releasing my usual back pain! I have already recommended it to SOOOO many people and will continue to do so with everyone else. I also am looking forward to collecting the rest of the items as I think I need more help than I thought. Instead of paying for constant massages/Chiro this just replaces the need for either. Its amazing I highly recommend it!

The best athletic product I have ever purchased. I have the Pso rite, the mini, Pso key, and Pso spine. Im plotting on the Pso neck and Pso back. I have absolutely no regrets when it comes to these products. I do martial art, calisthenics, BMX, soccer basketball and a list of other sports and the products are life savers. They go everywhere I go. They live in my backpack when I leave the house. I cant stress enough on why people should get this product. They did it with these product. I wish I had thought of these first. Thats how much I love these products.

The ultimate release

I bought this out of sheer desperation to fix my mid to upper back. The incessant feeling of tightness like something needs to pop or release trapped me into years of misery. My body truly wasnt functioning correctly. Chiro, PT, yoga, nothing fully fix me until this piece of plastic. 5 minutes with this and my muscles melted. Its like the ultimate tennis ball. It does things even a hard elbow could only dream of. This hit all the trigger points and released them at the same time. I see a lot of people challenge the price, but Ill tell you its the best money Ive ever spent. The product is sturdy and durable and easy to wipe down. Stop rolling around on a tennis ball and get this. Highly recommend the neck one as well if you work on a computer and get tight traps.
