The PSO-SPROCKET is a perfect companion for your message/muscle roller stick. For years, I felt my muscle roller stick wasn't getting deep enough. I even tried applying pressure in specific areas to get to those hard to reach tightened fascia or "knots" with my previous sticks. Unfortunately, I only received mediocre results. However, the PSO-SPROCKET gets deep into the muscles and helps you release those tightened areas. I internalize my stress. Therefore, my targeted areas are my upper back (under and around my shoulder blades), my glutes, and my outer thighs. The PSO-SPROCKET is truly a game changer. Sometimes, I roll over my targeted areas, and other times, I simply apply pressure. I just listen to my body. The PSO-SPROCKET is an invaluable companion tool for your message stick. I also invested in the PSO-STICK. I'm so glad I did, because it's longer than my previous stick and I can reach my back with ease.
